At Hazelwood Care Home residents will find a tantalising and diverse menu on offer every day. Where possible, we use local suppliers and our onsite chef and kitchen staff take into account food preferences and dietary needs providing a full menu choice for breakfast, lunch and tea.

All meals are freshly prepared each day, are packed full of flavour and include all the seasonal favourites. In addition to our standard meal times of breakfast, lunch and tea, residents can also enjoy a range of lighter meals and snacks throughout the day.

When creating menus our in-house Chef carefully considers all allergies and ensures each meal caters for all dietary requirements. Whether residents request vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan menus, we strive to ensure our residents’ tastes and needs are met. We make every effort to learn the likes and dislikes of our residents and do all that we can to meet their tastes and preferences. Our all inclusive costs mean residents do not need to worry about paying for meals on an individual basis. We aim to make life as simple and enjoyable as possible at Hazelwood Care Home, which is why everything is included in your weekly cost and there are no hidden fees.

Our talented in-house chef and kitchen staff work hard to provide nutritional, high-quality meals possible for our residents. Following the seasons, we present residents with a regularly changing menu using the finest and locally sourced ingredients. We invite our residents to share their favourite dishes with us so that we can include them in our menu.

Yes. Everyone in the house has the freedom to eat their meals wherever they wish. Residents can opt to eat in the communal dining areas or discreetly in their rooms. Residents are welcome to host family gatherings in our private dining area or outside when the weather permits.

Yes. We are happy to cater for a celebratory meal or a birthday cake, at a resident’s or family member’s request. A family meal can be served in our private dining area if residents plan on celebrating an occasion with loved ones.
