Care That’s Specifically Tailored To You

Our residents’ wellbeing is our primary focus. Our dedicated team takes great pride in offering the highest level of care, and each member of our team is highly certified and proactive in their approach. Across the board, we provide exceptional levels of care. A Primary Care Nurse is allocated to each resident who will discuss and assess their requirements with them, design a person-centred plan, and monitor and review their care on a regular basis, ensuring each resident is receiving the right care for them.

Our entire team has been hand-picked for their friendliness, and their caring attitude towards our residents and their loved ones. Moving to Hazelwood Care Home should be the start of a new and adventurous chapter in residents’ lives, one that allows them to feel confident and happy while maintaining as much freedom as possible. We are able to provide care that’s well and truly personalised to each resident’s requirements because of our appreciation and understanding of what our residents need.

The significance of developing strong and long-lasting connections with residents and their loved ones is one that’s crucial to the way we work at Hazelwood Care Home. Providing expert direction and help to everyone we encounter is an important step in becoming the most effective caregivers we can be. We take a person-centred approach to care and put a lot of emphasis on building relationships between our team members, residents, and their families, helping us to learn a lot more about our residents and how to care for them most appropriately.
