About Hazelwood Care Home

Our residents’ wellbeing is our primary focus. Our dedicated team takes great pride in offering the highest level of care, and each member of our team is highly certified and proactive in their approach. Across the board, we provide exceptional levels of care. A Primary Care Nurse is allocated to each resident who will discuss and assess their requirements with them, design a person-centred plan, and monitor and review their care on a regular basis, ensuring each resident is receiving the right care for them. 

Our entire team has been hand-picked for their friendliness, and their caring attitude towards our residents and their loved ones.
