We’re a friendly and supportive home set in the heart of Longfield, and we’re proud to offer a warm and welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors. Whether you’re staying with us for a short respite break or making Hazelwood your long-term home, we want you to feel relaxed, valued, and well cared for.

There’s always plenty to do at our luxury purpose-built care home in Kent; we have a talented activities team who are always ready to encourage our residents to participate in group activities like exercise, bingo, quizzes, and music therapy. Our team adopts a very person-centred approach and loves to spend time with residents one-on-one, learning about their interests and hobbies to meet their individual needs. Whether you choose to watch a movie with a loved one, take a trip into the local community, or want to get some fresh air with friends in our very own gardens, the choice is entirely yours at Hazelwood Care Home.
