Regular Care Assessments

We use a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) process to deliver full and effective care. This procedure allows us to conduct a thorough medical examination by bringing together doctors from many disciplines in an efficient manner. Residents benefit from this strategy as they receive regular, ongoing assessments to maintain consistency and proper care; if the residents’ care needs change, the care plan will alter as well. We will do all possible to make you or a loved one feel at ease when settling into your new home. We recognise that this process takes a little time, and we actively encourage family involvement throughout.
