Celebrating Chinese New Year

Residents at The Hazelwood had a blast celebrating Chinese New Year which fell on February 1st this year. The home was beautifully decorated with red lanterns, and the dining tables had themed gifts for each resident before lunch was served.

Residents enjoyed a delicious buffet of Chinese food, and some residents tried a bit of everything while others ate until their heart was content. There was peaceful oriental music playing in the background which provided a lovely ambiance during the meal.

The staff here at The Hazelwood try to incorporate as many special days and occasions where possible so that there's always something for residents to look forward to and be a part of.
