Hazelwood Care Home is located at Brickfield Farm, Main Road, Longfield, Kent, DA3 7PW. The home is easy to reach by car, train, or local transport, and we provide on-site parking for all visitors.

Longfield station is just over a mile from Hazelwood Care Home. Visitors can take a short taxi ride or walk along Main Road towards Brickfield Farm. The journey takes around five minutes by car or approximately 20 minutes on foot, depending on pace and mobility.

From Dartford, follow the A225 and A296 towards the A2, then take the exit towards Gravesend and continue onto Main Road in Longfield. Hazelwood Care Home is signposted along Brickfield Farm. The drive typically takes around 25 minutes.

Visitors travelling from London can reach us in approximately 45 minutes by car via the A2 or M25. Alternatively, trains from London Victoria or London Blackfriars run directly to Longfield Station. From there, a short taxi ride will bring you to the home.
