Dementia Care in Longfield

At Hazelwood Care Home in Longfield, we have a deep understanding of dementia and we provide high-quality care services by an experienced team in our Poppy Unit, an area on the first floor dedicated to caring for people living with dementia. We recognise that high-quality care must be given by a knowledgeable team of trained and qualified professionals and at Hazelwood Care Home, we support people with nursing needs such as physical disabilities, those who are in need of end-of-life / palliative care, individuals who have high dependency needs, and those who grow infirm throughout their time with us here.
